I love this game so much, it truley is the best game ive ever played before. The game mechanics are so good, the lore is very interesting, music is 10/10 , keeps me entertained for hours.
There aren't many weapons in this game, currently 5 weapons with 3 varients, and 3 of those weapons have unlockable alternate varients. Because of that this game heavily relizes on how well understand the game mechanics.
It's very fun to learn new tricks, rewarding even. It's all very fast paced so you need to get good. I think that healing by blood is such a good way to get people to become more engaged instead of allways hiding and aiming from afar. This game has a balance of risky fighting and understanding how to run away....most of the time i just run away and shoot everything i see..
My favourite gun is the core eject shot gun, i jump up into the air so the stupid weak enemies run towards an away and BOOM i get like 3000298372 multikills. Seeing my style score go up litterally gets me high.
My favourit enemy to fight is the Hideous Mass its so ugly and stupid. I just fire a bunch of saw blades and shoot him with my nail gun and punch him then he gets mad. When hes mad its super funny he like flips onto his back and starts to kick his legs. And then like after a few seconds he explodes and starts VIOLENTLY shaking, but in reward for all that shit you get a bunch of blood!
My most HATED enimeisbjsf is 1. Mannequins, 2. Mindflayer, 3. Virtues. Mannequins are SO stupid, i get so scared when I turn around and i see them ON THE WALLS CRAWLING AT ME!!!! I remember when i went into a room they got on ALL fours and CRAWLED FAST at me. I never screamed so loud in my life. THEY CLIMB ON THE WALLS!!! AND SHOOT GREEN BALLS AT YOU!! they're easy to kill when they arent crawling and running around.
Mindflayers. They're relativly easy to kill just SO annoying. They teleport, fly and shoot beams that you can't even parry!!! This shit is so ass!! 3. Virtues. I fucking hate them. They fly, usually behind walls that you don't even know exsist and put a SPELL on you and EXPLODE you. the good thing is that right before the large sun beam comes down to burn you alive you gather all the enemies around, endure the pain, and run away right before the beam of judgement comes down. It's so funny beacuse they start to burn alive and makes your life easier to handle large groups of thing early on.
Layers, since ultrakill is based on hell the parts are also based on the layers of hell!!
Act 1 Infinite Hyperdeath
Layer 1 // Limbo 9/10 : Really good, pretty easy for somebody who haven't played an fps in a while. Just I got a bit confused at the puzzle parts but overall pretty fun!!
Layer 2 // Lust 8/10 : Equally as good, puzzles got harder and there wasn't a cleara objective for me. Besides the puzzles it was very fun to kill, Personally one of my favouites for how much things I can kill. Fighting corpse of minos was the WORST, (the first time) I genuienly didnt know what to do and died 12404 times because i lowkey suck
Layer 3 // Guttony 10/10 : Fighting Gabriel was super fun when I wasnt dying. When i first saw the flesh and stuff I genuienly was so scared and just didn';t play but anyways very good layer and i would fight it again
Act 2 Imperfect Hatred
Layer 4 // Greed 11/10 : Super super fun layer, dual gun power ups were introduced and i just went at it with my nail gun. Blinding maps and puzzles, awesome. I kept on flying into the sand though.. Get to fight v2 again!!
Layer 5 // Wrath 8/10 : Alright level, not really anything striking, except for florp. I love you florp. Florp is liaf.., i hate sentries though I litterally dont know how to fight htem
Layer 6 // Heresy 9/10 : Very cool layer, revisiting that red and gloomy theme we had before!! Also fighting gabriel again, not much to it. I believe that the ultrakill programmers just closed their eyes and started spamming enemies because there was SO much.........
Layer...7. -142i3u594/10. Violence. : First thing i see. White. FLASHBANGED!! I HATE MENNEQUINS SO MUCH OH MY GOD WHEN THEY ALL CRAWLED AT ME I SWEAR I HAD AN HEART ATTCAK. and then....guttertanks i didnt know how to fight them so i started screaming and shooting at random things. AND THEN THE PARKOUR i suck at it so i just rage quitted. I haven't finished the level so I will finish my review after. okay like 2 hours later, i finished it and uhhh i m not doing that agaib...
