A few questions about my site!
Nobody actually asked me anything about my site but i just dont know what to write LOL!! Email me anytime, I'll try to respond but if you have a urgent question ask me on discord beacuse im more active there.
How did you make your site?
Honestly alot of it was studying (not stealing) other people's code lmao. I did lots of trial and error, if you look at my archived sites you can see how much i improved over time!! I experimented alot, I'm also just pretty creative and its easy for me to convey my ideas onto something.
How did I start?
This started when I wanted to make a carrd/rentry, but both of them we're too fucking annoying to me. Still to this day whenever i try and figure it out i just cant do it (￣ ￣|||) I can barely understand using a tutorial LMAO! But I just looked around and found neocities, swirl was one of my first sites and I was like WOW i need to make a site. So after that I pieced random stuff i read about css and html together.
Where do you get your graphics??
Tbh none of them are hand made, im way to lazy for that. Though I do enjoy searching for random japanese sites!! My resources are linked here I just go on a site i really like, for example blumchen, usually sites will link their resources or atleast credit them somewhere. Since I like the vibe of blumchen, i searched around for a resources!
Opinion on copying?
Honestly I dont really care that much about copiers, not that it has happened yet ｡ﾟ(TヮT)ﾟ｡ but I wouldnt really like it if somebody just took my layout. Theres nothing much to steal anyways, my css is just compiled of what I've seen other neocities users done before and twisting it. You're probably better off just learning it than taking mine. Usually my css is bad because I'm too lazy to fix it.
Something you'd like the masses to know?
Something would be that PLEASEEEEEEE im not a copy and paste kawaii site, some of my favourite layouts I've done weren't even pink. Yes I can make my sites responsive its just a pain in the ass for me. I used to do it very often actually!! I ultimately just gave up because nobody actually visits my site on the phone. Tbf ive lost some motivation and making my complex sites responsive just kill me a bit
